hello, I was wondering if you could help me choose a good shampoo and conditioner for my very fine thin curly hair. it tends to get very weighed down and is prone to build up. I really want some thing that’s not too much moisturizing or too much protein maybe a balance . let me know if you have any recommendations please and thank you

Be careful with applying gel over curl cream not all products mix well together and can cause the products to create white beads in the hair. Try mixing a small amount of the two together before applying it to the hair to ensure it doesn’t bead up

I think you mentioned having itchy scalp in a couple videos now. Sometimes what happens is the styling products, sweat and curls starts to create a great environment for fungus. Vinegar helps the phd and clean your scalp. please try a vinegar rinse 3 parts water, one part vinegar once or twice a month after your conditioner. Until your scalp normalizes. I like to do a final rinse of water just water 3 inches from the scalp to remove the vinegar from the length of my hair.
